I've been working as a coach within the fitness industry for over 15 years, studying multiple aspects of health & fitness from strength & conditioning to nutrition & weight management. Ultimately, my passion lies in helping others accomplish their goals and achieve their potential by building a healthier, happier lifestyle.
For almost 20 years, I have been in and around the sport of boxing. I began Competing as an amateur myself for my local clubs. My goal was to learn as much as possible to become a good coach and use my knowledge and experience to coach others in their pursuits.
Along with boxing, strength & conditioning is another area I specialize in, Essentially strength and conditioning consist of prescribing training methods and exercises that improve performance specific to your goal/sport. Different goals require different approaches. No one size fits all approach.
I like to focus on each individual because no two people are the same.
Training should always be adaptable to the individual's needs and abilities as we all have different starting points to exercise.
Start simple Training doesn't have to be complicated. Goal setting is a must! think of it as a road map to the end goal.
